Update: brought another one in for exchange and asked what LiftPro had to say about the previous broken chokers. My parts counter guy did call them, and LiftPro is sending a rep down to look at the failed chokers. Until then, we wait.
To me it’s obviously a manufacturing defect when they crimp the ferrule onto the cable. But we shall see what they say once the rep come around.
