If the usa have extra customs when someone buy something from other country example europe or russia then better to ask how much you will pay for this when it arrive to US and i dont include the shipings

Give you a example a friend sent me some tools and parts from US when they arrive i pay about 140 euros for customs the items cost about 600 dollars , so better asking before.
