Well we wouldn't know....... haven't seen it run yet!

So what is the story with the coil???
Why are they so rare?

The story is that the moparmyway order a non mtronic coil from the europe for making some experiments
Are not so rare , just the stihl produce mtronic and non mtronic 661 saws just for the european market , i cant answer why not for US market or Australian market

Video is removed guys, if you didn't catch it, sorry.

I'll be able to get more videos this weekend, but y'all are in for something else........

Running a 36" 404 with a 7 tooth and she was HOLDING 12,400 in the cut. Bar was just about buried. I dogged in and had moderate pressure - 11,700

This thing is an animal, no load set at 13,750:pesas::coleman::b1:
And what you think if ............. lets say put on it and the oem non mtronic carb ??

to put a 661 non mtronic (adjustable version) carb on an to an mtronic saw, you'd need to also change the master switch/throttle linkage.

linkage is different for the non mtronic adj. carb saw and mtronic carb. note: wj69 carb works with mtronic linkage.

flywheels are the same. - only different flywheel out there is for the Arctic

see ipl scans below (attached)

1229 euros ...about $1400 USD then probably $100 usd in shipping.

How much does it cost you for 1 gallon of mix using vp94, R50, and 800?
$20 (rounded off)

Running exotic and expensive fuel mixed with expensive oil is too much for me.
I believe that a good oil quality in a correct quantity for the application will yield a good service life out of any piece of equipment.
Around here people laugh at me for running amsoil saying it's a waste of money. So I would be fuggin nuts to buy crazy fuel and oil too.
The pump gas here leaves droplets of water in my ratio Rite mixxing cup overnight .............. there is sometimes more than 20% ethanol. Ive tested it myself after my new diaphragms went stiff in one season and I burned a few pistons on non adjustable carbs

We could, but my curiosity stopped at the coil.
A WJ-69 has a removeable jet, and I put in the biggest one.
I do know the WJ-135 has a removeable jet too, but I dont have one of them laying around.

When I was in the RF last year, I tried to but a non 661: the authorities wanted to know why an American wanted a saw in Russia. I wasn't successful.

I should of tried another avenue, it seems.

Yep. At that price worth it to buy over there.
I was in a town that didn't have a real dealership: kinda strange actually. They had MS180s and such, a few home owner trimmers, and that was it.

The mill used trimmers rather than mowers to keep up The grass: I now know that those big trimmers were the FS450?
