When I bought my kit it was $109 CDN. After all the taxes. I paid $125CDN out the door. Well worth it IMO.
I believe cannon also sells a picco bar that fits the 026 but IIRC it's only available in 18". You would still have to get chains and a sprocket.

They did make a 20”.

The 026 is my favorite saw. And I've grown fond of it with just the typical .325 x .063 chain. Seems like a lot of effort made to change something for the sake of chains?

I wholeheartedly agree Mr. H.

On my more sporty 026s, I’ve started using a file that is for a 3/8” chain on the .325” chain with no noticeable negative issues, but it gives a bit more aggressive cutter.

To Each His Own.

Found a cheap source of picco carbide here and also have a roll of pm, usually run 18" 3/8 .063 on my 261cxb but wouldn't mind a try of something different, it's annoying sharpening after a dirty cut when theres more dirty cuts waiting

Or maybe I just like cutting the ground :)
