Thread one of the hose ends out of one of your straight pieces and your in bidness!

$66 dollars, go buy a harbor freight one for $17 and swap hoses.

The 90 degree does ok on 48mm and up cylinders. You can shorten the bits and make them work on a 44mm. Tight but doable.

This is the end out of a hf one.

Dang J, I do appreciate your help. I'll be calling HF parts department tomorrow to see if I can get some through them. If so I think it would be less than the $17

I did a google search for 1/8 braided air hose, looked at several connectors for small air brushes. Did not look at prices but I see options.

@J_M____ I agree.

What kind of air flow would you need to use these for continuous grinding? Any CFM rating?

They're not huge air hogs like a da, but they use a bit. I bet the snapon site gives a cfm. I never tried one with a small compressor.

It has a twist air flow control. The exhaust hose fits snug over it and you turn the hose. Not the easiest and not as handy as a foot control, but it does adjust flow

How much do those run?

well, for brand name probably way out of anyones price range.

.... have to look into it. the electric lab handpiece setup I'm currently using has an on/off foot switch for the electric motor. its pretty handy, but not AS nice as a speed control that is foot activated.

i don't think i'd want a wonky setup for something like this....having a good control setup...foot pedal would probably be a must. just trying to think about .....what happens if something goes wrong. one of these at full speed and you slip, and then are struggling to turn it off ......no good.

so somehow you'd need to budget in some type of foot control.

this might work and its about $40, but it'd need extra hoses and need to be adapted to your air source

I've got one and didn't give that much money for it. Any footswitch labeled "2 position" is just an on-off type switch. Linemaster 2E-20V2-S is a variable foot switch that I have and it works great. I think they are around $100

EDIT: I just checked and we are distributors for Linemaster. I could have ordered mine for $80 plus shipping.
