I understand and don't doubt your experience with them. But I was converting concrete saws to chainsaws and ran into the issue. It may have been the 760.

Ok. I've had a few concrete saws, but I generally try to buy the earlier ones that still use the same case as the 075/076. If it was the later one, wouldn't be surprised if the crank was different.

I've got a Partner P1000 that I bought off of Dozer Dan several years ago when I couldn't find a red one.
PM if interested. will need carb attended to but I'll let it go very reasonably.

if you want a 2100 i have lots of them fully rebuilt with oem parts. dont listen to these guys on the messages saying 2100 parts like cranks and cylinders are rare, they are not, plenty of stock out there.

i guess you have a crappy dealer, mine stocks all the parts to build a 2100, i built a brand new one with all oem nos parts ground up last year including a new chainbrake oem. there are tonnes of high quality aftermarket out there as well made in italy cylinders etc not to mention that in my area everyone bought around 5 of those saws so used parts and saws are laying around everywhere. the 2100 is one of the highest production most common saws husqvarna ever built they are so common they will always have used parts around. even the brazilians and chinese are building parts for them now.

In my experience, it depends. I have no trouble sourcing NOS parts in my area. One of the outlets that has proved very successful for me is power equipment rental dealers who also happen to sell and service Husqvarna. I find they keep an extra large quantity of parts, more so than regular dealers, to keep the rental equipment going.

i disagree used ones are very common in british columbia. i paid around $75 canadian funds for the new nos chainbrake. i have seen used ones that guys are asking $150 plus for which is ridiculous they usually sell used for $30 to $5o where i live.

Sounds like you should be buying everyone you find and reselling them on eBay.

i have sold on ebay, it is a joke and far from reality, i had to stop selling on there because the scams were way to common and ebay themselves even tried to scam me alongside another member. ebay screwed me around and then when i deleted my account they cried and begged for me to come back to sell. i wont support there corrupt business model anymore. i send all my 2100 to a friend of mine he is a master husqvarna saw builder. he has built and sold at least 75-100 husqvarna 2100 since the start of covid
