550xp adujustment

Finally pulled the brass plug on carb today and tried some adjustments on my 550xp. Factory setting was screw was fully turned in and seated.

Tried 1/4 turn out, started for crap and bog was bad.

3/4 turn out, better but still a bog.

1 full turn out, seems decent with maybe a slight hesitation. I will need to get it out in the woods and give it a try limbing, set down to pull brush and then see if the bog is gone.

I'm like 1 1/4 out on mine. It idles a little fast but it stays running.

I did some cutting today. Saw seems to start better.

When it gets warmed up it still has a bog after idling for over 15 seconds. It even stalled a few times.

It seems like a rich bog like it is loaded up with fuel.

I will try to go out another 1/4 turn.
