i was able to find the flatblade screw under the brass plug, I turned it counter clockwise 1/8 of a turn and re assembled everything and the saw wouldnt start, it floods out big time, I took it back apart and reset the screw to where it originally was and it still super floods itself out, so something else is going on, I shelved it for a rainy day, it may just become a parts saw.

If it floods out, anything is not on the right place. But the problems when it is hot, should be fixed easy with this needle. Don't think this is going to be a parts saw.
make Pictures when you are uncertain and post it here.

Take it back to dealer. Don’t mention carburetor or anything. Just tell him it won’t crank. Tip for every Husky I’ve owned:
Pump 7 or more times
Decomp down
Choke up
Pull slow once
Pull till decomp pops
Take off choke
Should start fine
Let idle for one minute
Run in wood for about two minutes wide open

I havent had the time to work on it in a while, I really want a heated handle saw and have been thinking about a 550xpg, once my work really kicks in to high gear I would like to send it to one of the resident porters to get it repaired and ported.
