What’s the reason for the pin? I mean if it’s set up to oil more than the pin, why not just allow for the full travel of adjustment from the git-go? Something to do with environmental problems leaving oil behind?
The brake flag looks to be cracked and the white dust on the flag and inside the air shroud above where the air filter sits for me is a bit of a red flag. What has this saw been used to cut? What makes grey dust... I'd take a compression tester and look this saw over closely.
