You misunderstood me.
What I said was, that you have to machine the 3D printed parts, so they're round and square.
If it's just those two parts you need, I'd simply make a 3D drawing, as it's a very simple shape.

I have not found anyone that wants to tackle it. They just tell me to talk with someone else.

I bet the guy that did my cover would try to tackle it. He also works at a machine shop so if they need to machine it too he could probably make it happen. How many would you like to make?

Of course with everything that depends on price and the price depends on how many. It is a great case of " which came first the chicken or the egg" I would need 5-10 of each and prefer the higher amount.

How much stress are those parts under? If they are light duty you can 3D print them directly in metal. No need to mould and cast.

You can print high stress parts in metal, it's just a matter of the price.
If you make a 3D drawing, you can get offers from 3D printing companies. It may be the cheapest solution.

I cannot make a 3D drawing.

I just sketched your parts in 3D, using dimensions that I guessed from your photos. Send the proper dimensions to me and I will adjust the models, add the fillets and do some test prints.

Are the relationships of the rectangular slot and double square hole to the gear teeth important?

How do you do that? From a picture to this sketch?

It's an easy shape. The basic form is a top hat. I extruded a disc and cylinder and joined them. But it can be made by rotating an L shaped pline through 360 degrees. Then I extruded one gear tooth and copied it six times at equal points on the model. Then using that basic shape I did an extruded rectangular cut for one part and an extruded double square cut for the other part.

WOW!!!
THANK YOU!
Let me do some measurements.
I wish you were on this side of the big pond or I would send you the originals. I sent parts to AUS years ago and they ended up in France.

Any dimensions yet Bill? I'm back at work on Monday. Will have less time to do other things.
