Will that one work without the need extra parts or do you have to have that $60. dollar kit to go with it?There ya go....[emoji4]
Need the kit I believe. Will that one work without the need extra parts or do you have to have that $60. dollar kit to go with it?
It's not all that chitty....looks like most of the husky's I run into. Used hard put away wet. Needing some love, but worthy of the time. Wish I could get more comfortable working in them. Stihl easier for me.This is everything I have, it's all pretty *s-wordty. But I knew the saw was in poor shape so I bought ugly used parts to match.View attachment 81754 View attachment 81755 View attachment 81756 View attachment 81757 View attachment 81758
So if we're into this saw for $200-250 and OEM P and C $140. Adapter kit $60. We have a $400-500 dollar ugly saw that can be beautified along the way with cheap used body parts. Sounds more appealing than a total loss. Plus you can knock a hundred off if you go with a Ching a long P and C ...Need the kit I believe.
394 has impulse through intake hose 395 has a nipple on the cylinder but you can not buy a new oem 394 cylinder as they are nla takes about a hour to change overWill that one work without the need extra parts or do you have to have that $60. dollar kit to go with it?
Would you approve of that $60 dollar kit that I linked to, or is there a mo better way? You know since your a Husqvarna expert and all...394 has impulse through intake hose 395 has a nipple on the cylinder but you can not buy a new oem 394 cylinder as they are nla takes about a hour to change over
I get all the babes at the local watering holes discussing the finer points of 90+cc husky saws.If nothing else I learned some new stuff today, in case I ever get a 394-395 or have a conversation about em, I can act like I know all about em...
I prefer oemWould you approve of that $60 dollar kit that I linked to, of is there a mo better way? You know since your a Husqvarna expert and all...
Hold it 394 OEM is NLA ( per Dall you know him?) And 395 won't work according to my schooling without modification so with the OEM 395 that you linked to would you use the $60 kit I linked to with it or ?I prefer oem
i didnt click your link and will not argue with you about the 394 cylinder being nla you can ask @Spike60 or @Onan18Hold it 394 OEM is NLA ( per Dall you know him?) Now if I am going to act like I know what I'm talking about in the future, you need to get it at least half to 19/32 correct or its my reputation as a know it all that's on the line...
I'm not wanting to argue Dallypoo, I thought it was you that told me they were NLA. I am just asking you if you need the additional parts to go with the OEM cyl. you found. You obviously know more about it than I do, I was only deferring to your knowledge.
like i said you need the kit because the impulse on the 394 is made into the intake hose and on the 395 it has a nipple on the cylinder base for impulseI'm not wanting to argue Dallypoo, I thought it was you that told me they were NLA. If you want to argue let's think of something totally trivial and petty and wrestle till somebody taps out
