Ya before I left after buying the "carcass" for $40, I asked the guy if they had more saws.... of course he said they are out of business LMFAO, I can't make this *s-word up!!!!!!
IMO the E bar is NOT for daily heavy work. The tips just don't last very long. The sprocket gear teeth wear out long before the rails. I have three or four on the wall in need of sprocket gears. Summer heat kills
1) I have never had trouble with them, but I generally cut with the bar, not the tip. 2) they are replaceable, even though they do not have a replaceable tip section.
