Three cylinders in comparison.
1. OEM
2. The Duke's 350, 353, 346 cylinder kit
3. Winzor H353-CA 346XP, 353 etc cyl kit
Not huge differences in timing and assembly length of each cylinder is same.
TDC in drawings is cylinder head.
Transfers are really tiny in Winzor and pointing too much away from carb side.
Duke's looks better than oem.

Here some data. I will not show Duke's. Have to respect one's intellectual property. But is is tiny bit "hotter".
Winzor' s transfers are small and point way too much to muffler side.

Why are you measuring from TDC to the intake roof? You should be more concerned about the floor.

What this comparison tells is that Winzor intake is 1.5mm closer to the top of the cylinder and is about the same size and shape as OEM.

He’s implying that the roof is somewhat irrelevant. The floor is where intake timing is measured as that is where the port opens first

And it is obvious that this Winzor cylider has later intake opening than OEM and so most likely less stuff ends up to the crankcase and eventually to the combustion.
