Finished the 3120 mill and tested it this morning.
Beefed up the rail after ripping the aluminum ladder to pieces.
Made a truss this time and works way better.
Made an extension that will allow 20' cuts.
Sled is simple but tight.
3 roller blade wheels.
2x2" steel in a triangle
Trailer jack for the height and saw mount.
Probably a $100 in material.
40hrs of labor I'm guessing.
If you have some fabrication skills copy this setup.
Beats the hell out of pushing a Alaska mill and easier on the knees.
