Anyone know where I can find a rim sprocket for a 034 with the small spline, looking for a 3/8"-8 sprocket but they all have a larger bore and do not fit my saw??

There is an upgrade for the 036. It’s a bigger needle roller bearing from a 10mm to a 12mm and thus a bigger rim sprocket.
I'm guessing the 034 is the same ?

I don’t know if there is an 8tooth that fits either of those.
However I do see a 9tooth .325 sprocket on the ipl ( not sure which size the inside sizes is)

As above. The MS360 drum and bearing upgrade will give you the flexibility of adding the 8pin sprocket, as it is the larger spline.

Other than that it’s probably a custom Dansko rim sprocket. If they make a Picco 8 pin you can try it, they are pretty close to standard 3/8. Many guys run a standard 3/8 rim with Picco chain Without issues.

I guess the question whether or not the juice is worth the squeeze though. On a standard 034, there’s not much need for an 8 pin In 3/8’ pitch. i Only add an 8 pin if the saw won’t load enough to 2 stroke in the cut, like on a 70+cc ported saw with a 20” or under bar.

I’ve ordered from these folks before and got a few fun things. Lots of sprockets and a few that I don’t know why you’d ever need but they’re there.
