custom drive sprocket ?

looking to make a 3/8 about 21 pin sprocket for a dyno any one got a cheat sheet for the maths or has any one made ther own sprockets and can give me some advice.

can you run a jackshaft on it?
yeh but then i have to factor in the drag and jack sharft numbers easer to just do a big sprocket just trying to find out the math of a sprocket plenty of 9tooth customs around so some one must know how to make one

they dont want to help and dont have the sizers i want said the would find a custom size one for me and never got back to be emailed 2 times
For 21 pin you'd need a diameter of 4.68". The measured 10 through 16 pin sprockets and fit an equation to them, Dia = 0.2351*num_teeth - 0.2573.
i need to know the pcd and what size pins and y the pcd changers with sprocket size i can do the basic maths

The ones I have are 5mm pins installed at 0.150" from the OD.
