bought of an old guy
Replaced a few bits and pieces then bucked a couple chord of wood.
Found out it’s got some jb weld on flywheel side. When I was chasing a wiring issue. I’ve got to many saws atm to tear this once down and replace the flywheel side case.looks to be in decent used shape otherwise
New switch but still needs to choke off.

I just sold a 288 in nearly the same condition as this one for $600 Canadian. So id say you are not far off.

I got some cases here if your doing a resto. Pto side is good/decent. The other side was welded but not in the case pressure area so it should work fine. PM me if your interested.
