It was a little tricky getting in there without splitting the muffler but I got her done!!

I was shooting for 105/122 didn't touch the intake height. I was a little conservative in my grinding.
I'm at 108/123.5/70.5
After talking with Al I'm going to try something. I'm going to raise the intake to 75 and see how she runs. I can always go back in.

Just So I can remember on Friday, the 261 I'm bringing has .050 from the band and is sitting at 101/116/78.

No bridges or fingers. Same muffler mod.

I'm gonna install the 87 carb tonight.

It would be great to see the difference in how they run. I think Marcello's 108 exhaust saw is gonna beat mine up.

Awol's 110 exhaust 562 is apparently the fastest "small saw" Jason has ever run. If it impressed a guy that's used to running ported 90cc saws, I figure the low exhaust may have sone u discovered merit.

My Lil echo 490 has a 106 ex and will wow a few of you.

The 108 will be a torque machine. The higher exhaust will beat it in small stuff and a dyno I would say.

My saw was supposed to be a 103 saw, but the roof came out too flat for my liking. I had to raise it 2* to get the arc I wanted. It's a peaky arc though. Is say less than 5% of my port area is open before 105.

My comp is at 240 after a tank. Another reason an exhaust raise was in order.
