@Boomer 87 did you buy the saw new or used? What year is it?

I bought it used, i actually bought it knowing it had a running issue. I believe its a 13' maybe 14'. When i had he master reboot done, he said it wasnt calling for any updates. Which i found hard to believe

Theres been a lotta updates to those saws since ‘13. There’s no telling what the history of the saw is then. It could be a technical glitch... or the bottom end could be shot from a firewood hack running dull chains and the seals leaking as a result. Wiggle the pto and flywheel sides of the crank and see if there’s any play.

Ill check that too. I know when he had it hooked to the lap top he said it had 126 hours on it.

If you need anything programed, I believe all I'd need are the coil number and the carb and I could reset it for you. No need to ship the whole saw.
