How about a flat rate cost for the breakfast sandwich and another for lunch?

Thinking $5 for breakfast and $10 for lunch. That will help cover some of the cost.

How's that sound?

Cider donuts will be sponsored by Makita USA. Will also have some Rockstar energy drinks too.

But the Breakfast Sandwiches cost me around $5.
So I'm figuring $5 for breakfast.

For Lunch the Burgers run about $8 and the sausages about $7
Plus the side dishes, drinks, slushies, chips, etc. So $10 there.​

You're welcome to bring any other food dishes if you'd like.


Totals from 2017:
62 Burgers
66 Sausage's
42 Breakfast Sandwiches
20 Hot Dogs

The total last year was over $1400. Plus the cost of water, soda, chips, and other supplies. Total collected last year was around $750.

Probably have the money collection right at the food stand. Whether its in a jar or someone takes the money.

Well a guy in our crew thought he was helping out the cook by doing the tip jar. I had no idea it was there until late in the day. It just confused everybody and it wasn't your fault. And you weren't the only one that put food money there.

The tip jar the last few years goes directly to the cook. The co-owners of the setup don't take any money from there.

How about the Jar is Labeled “Food Expenses” in the most Conspicuous Location.

As a the tip jar, hang it somewhere a touché less Conspicuous.

A manufacturer stepped up last year and covered the expenses.

I'm not mad at anyone. It wasn't clearly marked. I didn't even know what was going on until after.

True Dat Lee. We all know these GTGs aren't cheap to host. Its only fair to pony up some money to cover expenses. Like buying a ticket.

Food.....pretty sure you’ll just hand the vendor cashola. Kinda like.....ya gotta pay to play....or eat in this case.
