U Got any vids of it for….like comparing apples to apples.

I’m sure someone here could help a bit if they see a bit.

also it helps others see the progress you made ;)

I have 2 200t's and I just fitted a new oem p&c .. I’ve only done a light bit of int & exh masharging

then the carb played me..

Life takes more urgent things to the top of the list.

so I will have to play later:(

Not bragging just a plain statement of fact FWIW .A bone stock 200T without any mods will slice two cuts in a 9" poplar cant in around 15 seconds .Mine does in the low 11's .Really doesn't mean that much and that was with regular chain which was semi chisel ,before chisel in pico was made .We used to race the bumble bees at the GTG's . Fact I've got a Mini Mac with a slide pipe and a stock 200 will out run it .
Added after thought .With the seven tooth sprocket and chisel chain I have no idea what that time would be .

Heres the boggy little cooter herself

almost looks too rich. could be that late 2ndary just going straight out the culo? BTW dont really like the west coast dogs, they poke me in the ass when im climbing and lose some bar length. I do like the little west coast add on muffler tube though. Sounds great, good flow without burning your leg or rope, keeps spark arrestor too. My straight hole in muffler after the screen did all of the above. next time ill tap it and thread my own but the WC is nice and easy.

I hate to be critical but it doesn't seem to be throwing big chips .More saw dust .A good running 200 with a good sharp chain you should be able to bury a 14" bar in a piece of oak . Nothing personal just an observation .

Does it smoke out the exhaust during normal operation? I agree it seems fat.

Edit: Pic of the West Coat muff tube? If you’re running the stock spark arrestor the saw is being held back. Ditch it. If you want a screen it needs to be at the outlet and the outlet needs to be large.

theres nothing in there right now. And I ported the regular exhaust outlet, its pretty clear.
