I think it was fair and not inflated.

I do too.

I'm curious as to why anyone would hypothesize, or be critical of the price on any saw I list. I could have listed the 346XP for more, but this isn't eBay, this is a bunch of sickos with a penchant for chainsaws. I suppose I just need to chalk it up to the fact that some people are inherently *a-holes.

Well if it was directed at me I'm sorry you feel that way. My hypothetical story was just my way of saying to those that felt it was given away that there could be many reasons why the saw was listed at the price it was, where the price is fair for both you and the buyer. The example story was just something close to what I've personally seen to help put the price in perspective, but there could be many reasons, including just not feeling the desire to make a lot of money off those in this community.
