Nice I'm getting ready to install my Adrenaline hpop and Marty's efuel. On the fence on doing a t4 set up after that. Hopefully you get yours back together soon.

Haha that's a good one. I doubt it, probably gonna put everything on an 05-07 roller and still need a body.

More than I wanted it to be. I knew it was a can of worms but holy hell. It won't be a stupid built IG truck, even if I get the most rust free bed I'm cutting holes in it for a gooseneck.

I didnt get the I-beams out like i wanted too but i did get the hubs, spindles, and axles out though. Anyone that has one of these trucks need this tool for your slide hammer. If you have ever tried to get these apart without it, it can be a nightmare! Has threads for the 44 and the 50.

Enjoying this thread, interesting read. Keep it up OP. I need to wire wheel and POR15 my f150 after I put some new struts in front.

Steve, where are you in MO? I'm near Jonesburg - are you planning on straight axle conversion? I have a 96 F150 extended cab 4wd that needs ball joints & thinking about the axle conversion myself

Morse Mill. We are really close.

No, im sticking with the split 44. I already have it rebuilt from previous repairs. I would just replace your ball joints. Much cheaper than a strait axle. Plus i dont think you could really use the benifits of the strait axle on an f150 unless you had built some crazy off road truck. Im sure alot of people will disagree with me! :D

It'll sure as hell ride better than the straight axle.

That's the nice side - I believe it is e40d - previous owner swapped out the 5.0 for 5.8 with lower miles - it needs a lot but its my hunting & wood hauling rig so it sits most of the time. I down graded when I sold my 99 powerstroke all manual cc - I needed something my wife & kids can jump in and go if needed & push button 4wd is nice for them - need to find some automatic hubs & convert it back but these turn easy so even women can do it.
