To save you some time, you want the moog cc824 for the extended cab. Mine has the cc822.

Thanks for that tip - I noticed Amazon was about half price on ball joints compared to Orielly's after looking for the springs.

Have you sold off any of the excess yet? I could possibly use a radiator, fan shroud, exhaust, front tank straps, & some other misc off the 302 truck if they are decent.
