I got a Little led head lamp for Christmas this year it's been great for doing saw stuff.
It's from all that easy living ya do out on "wrong island" !!!!Your twin from NY agrees. I got that slight age and beauty edge on ya though.
She just made me a drop prettier, you got the brains. It's from all that easy living ya do out on "wrong island" !!!!
Let's trade !!!!She just made me a drop prettier, you got the brains.
That would be cool! I've got a 200t and a 201t here that a friend dropped off for some lovin.Might be time for a 200t build ???
Any idea where to get them? I tried a bicycle tube valve but it was to stiff. I couldn't get my 6400 above 40 psi. So I switched it with the relief one and it's got 185 psi.Jon just checked compression on one of these. 210.....
My gauge might need a new Shrader valve.
Although I am certainly in for the ride on this thread -- I am curious to know: Are there any gains that can be accomplished with a simple muffler mod and timing advance?
I don't have a lathe, but I love the pictured build threads.
What saw or saws are you thinking of doing ?Although I am certainly in for the ride on this thread -- I am curious to know: Are there any gains that can be accomplished with a simple muffler mod and timing advance?

Tried a gasket delete one time and it was a headbanger and not 1987 axle rose we are talking 2011 pre-tummy tuck Vince NeilI did mine last week with a gasket delete and it runs pretty sporty now....
Also that 2nd carb works fine In It so far Dave. Both worked great ! Thanks.
Whoa whoa whoa stop the clock are you sayin ya port the 200t?
Can I send ya a rear handle ms200?
I was under the apparently misguided impression that they weren't "improve-able"
Might be time for a 200t build ???
Did you see alot of improvement with adding that carb?
@Mastermind
Randy, I'm always "nervous" to bump up a bucket saw too much as it needs to be easy starting while in a tree. Even a little base gasket delete has given my 200t a little extra needed "tug" on the starter rope.
Do you think that is from changing the timing numbers or increased compression ?

Good to know![emoji106]I've never advanced timing on a 200t, it seems pretty close stock
Thanks!Check a Snap On dealer. I think I read somewhere they carry a service kit that has several light spring schrader valves in it
