Whats the consensus on a good torque wrench? 1/4" and 3/8" drive.

My budget does not allow for Snap-On or Mac prices though unfortunately

This is the only torque wrench that I own. 3/8ths drive, measures in in./lbs. I don't even remember where or how I came to possess it, and I never used it until I started tinkering with saws. It's been tucked in my tool box for a looong time though.

Near as I can tell, PLP stands for Preformed Line Products. Not something I've ever heard of, but I did find this listing for sale with the same torque wrench as part of a set.
