I'm planning on dressing up for Halloween for the first time in 20 plus years as Leatherface. I will be wielding a Remington Sl-11 with 20 inch bar. I am actually looking forward to tonight. How bout you? Pics to follow.

I might be firing up a little Stihl to cut up a wind blown maple top but I doubt it scares anybody .

Don't forget to take the chain off. Don't want to cut some poor kids arm off. Better drain the bar oil while you are at it.

I did that a couple of years ago and a neighborhood worry wart chased me down asking who I was etc. once they heard my voice they said ok carry on. It was fun but kids got brave and started trying to challenge me so I slipped off through yards to get home before the older kids took it to far.

actually,Vince and I spent the afternoon down at the Fryerstown graveyard smashing up a huge log with a variety of saws.
No zombies appeared, but Vince had the 5 ft bar on the 090 just in case, while i had two ported 241cms,one for each hand, ready to defend humanity against the awful tide of the undead.

lol I was thinking the same. Kids would have loved having the door asked by a chainsaw wilding nutter [emoji13][emoji1360]

I should have my 245A finished for next year. I'll dress up and have it fired up!

Went out the day of Halloween and couldn't find a apron for the life of me. Stopped in local Ben Franklin store and bought some fabric and webbing material and after a bit of needlework which I did myself I had me an apron. I didn't scare the kids by firing up the saw to much...kind of felt a little bad and didn't want to scare them for life.
