You guys knocked it out of the park for Thanksgiving.
I had to go to my son and DIL's to eat. Standard bland Turkey day fare, although there was some green stuff that was pretty good.

I know it was corny, sorry dude. You are usually the guy who is cooking the great stuff.
We sure missed your posts and a few others. The stuff I put on the big pig cooker disappeared
quick at my son's workplace. Especially the brisket.

Would’ve liked to smoke it another hour or two. But wasn’t gunna be around the house for about 4 hrs. So I stuck it in the crock pot.

My wife went to Costco earlier today to pick up some Christmas stuff and came home with this.
I guess they had some kind of Traeger grill event going on and included a bunch of extra stuff as well as a offering a discounted price. She got a cover, two bags of pellets, a couple jars of rub, an extra probe and some extra pan liners, for $100 less than a 34 pro. This is similar to the 34 pro (that I've been looking at) but has a different base and a larger hopper but is missing the side handle. I'm always skeptical of deals like this. I guess we'll see. I do plan on adding the front shelf.
