First time doing olive loaf, but it looks damn good to me! I will be putting this in the smoker in a couple days.

long story on that butcher block i am a 3 rd gen by birth butcher but i went rouge been a plumber hvac man since early 80s that block was cut on by lots a family and friends in a very very big meat company. we got it in 1979 to keep till death do us part

Just finished up the sausage, when the old helper presented me with several pounds of hog liver. Hmmm, might have to make some liverwurst.

I guess that means that money can not buy it!! It sure is pretty!

And the pics. Olive loaf in the smoker, and done after 11 hours, With 12.5 lbs. of breakfast sausage for the freezer. Got to love sausage.

A Ribeye I cooked for my wife, and some pork tenderloin I grilled.
Yes, I like them slathered in BBQ sauce. We also had cabbage
and some rice on the side. Pics for that were messed up. Sorry.
