More chickens, and a new addition for us was the small precooked boneless hams. Tried one last weekend and had to do it again this weekend.

So, not to outdo Steve with the grilled shrimp, but this just happened...
Son and daughter and their better halves came over for dinner. Shrimp on the right, ribeyes on the left, venison loin on top

Did you use any seasoning on the shrimp?
Normally, I put Tony's on everything. Maybe just garlic salt on the shrimp. Ran out of Tony's, so everything got garlic salt and pepper

I see some shrimp to the left of the smoker, you can send them to me. I will also take the loins in the same package. LOL!

Five lbs, of venison and beef franks in the smoker. With the LEM seasoning, I think they are pretty good! Have had three today with buns. 101_0201.JPG 101_0199.JPG

edit, I forgot to add that I did not use casings on these, even though I had them. I prefer them without casings.
