I did these on the Traeger today. Six large split chicken breasts.
An hour on smoke setting, then 350* until they hit 160* internal temp.
I also used a 6" Amazin smoke tube for a bit more smoke.

Love the tubes, Also love the chicken! As you know I am not much of a chicken eater. Hope you liking the Traeger!

Big 'ol bone in ribeye for me, and a "Hillary's" brand veggie burger for the wife. We make our own but she says these are easily as good. Vegetarian but don't mind her food cooking so close to mine in the grill?

you now I like my green mountain grill but I like cooking with firewood better. these pellet grills got to love em. but a steak or hamburger cooked on firewood is my best flavor that I like. I cook out side all the time or on the wood cook stove. this pellet stove is still good but at 1.000 dollars for the Jim bowie I am gonna run this somabitch in or for the finish line.

Had some venison loin on the grill.
Soft shell crabs were just on the stove but pretty tasty anyway.

You need live ones over nighted to you off a cheedar moon. Mmmmmmmmmm... The blue claw cheedar capital is less than an hour from here. Chesapeake bay has the other one on the island. Shhh...

May Fair Collingwood NJ is tomorrow....I can smell the goodies now. Hitting the streets at six, staffer. Running around in circles all day.
