Maybe if you rubbed a little Memphis Dust on it.

But it is still snow! I am going to try the Memphis Dust one day. We have a rub that we like pretty good so far.

Still too darn cold here in the Northeast. Can't wait to get some ribs and a nice juicy chicken going. We did hit 62* for an hour today, 45* is the high for tomorrow. :-(
Won't be long now. It's almost over.
This winter has been one of the nastiest I can remember.

Slung a whole cutup yardbird and four pork steaks on the grill today. Seasoned all with Cavenders’ Greek seasoning, then slicked up towards the end with Italian dressing. Try the combo gents....some damn good eats!

Slung a whole cutup yardbird and four pork steaks on the grill today. Seasoned all with Cavenders’ Greek seasoning, then slicked up towards the end with Italian dressing. Try the combo gents....some damn good eats!

9 slabs, which cooker did you use?
I did eight in the smoke hollow cabinet and one on the Traeger. I'm still trying to sort things out with the Traeger and don't want to do a lot with it until I've got it dialed in. I used a smoke tube in it today and had much better results.
The Traeger will do the things you can do with a smoker and a grill but not as well as either individually.

we are getting this gmg smoker figured out a little bit got to use smoke tube for good smoke flavor.

I have two of them, with the pellets, So far work good for me.
