Won't be long now. It's almost over.Still too darn cold here in the Northeast. Can't wait to get some ribs and a nice juicy chicken going. We did hit 62* for an hour today, 45* is the high for tomorrow. :-(
Slung a whole cutup yardbird and four pork steaks on the grill today. Seasoned all with Cavenders’ Greek seasoning, then slicked up towards the end with Italian dressing. Try the combo gents....some damn good eats!

I did eight in the smoke hollow cabinet and one on the Traeger. I'm still trying to sort things out with the Traeger and don't want to do a lot with it until I've got it dialed in. I used a smoke tube in it today and had much better results.9 slabs, which cooker did you use?
