What's For Supper?

Meatloaf, mash potatos, sweet peas with sliced carrots, few slices of bread, and about a half a gal of milk.

Had KFC. Nashville hot tenders, biscuit and tater wedges. Would have loved to have some home made fare like yours. Maw was tired so we gimped out.

Del Taco tonight...couple of burritos and half a dozen tacos. Chased it with about a gal of milk. I'm sure the heartburn will hunt me down later.

Strip steak, dry aged 21 days and cooked just to the edge of Med/Rare and Hash brown casserole. We were supposed to have fresh green beans as well but I didn't get to the farmers market.

4 bones of smoked ribs with a dry rub, and 4 whole wings smoked and sauced. BBQ baked beans and french fries with some southern corn bread and tea.
This is at a place not far from home that has the best Texas style BBQ in 60 miles. The wings were fabulous and the ribs were perfectly tender.
Even took some home!
