The cornbread is nothing special.
Boxed mix with chopped up Jalapeño peppers and a little grated cheddar cheese.

Karen makes some from scratch, with peppers, fresh corn , sour cream and cheese that's much better.

Today tacos
Very easy and you can customize recipe how you wish. Brown some kind of ground meat (beef, turkey). Add in your spice mix with some water, then simmer away the liquid. I add green chiles with the spice mix, plus I saute some veggies in another pan, toss with some cajun seasoning, and add them to the finished meat.
