The most recent batch of OEM echo / Shenandoah compression casters I received accidentally included the 10 mm adapter with each one and the distributor told me to keep them so I am including them for freewhen you buy them right now
Is the Scrader valve at the tip of the adapter?

Update I still cant believe the compression tester setup I have for 10mm plug is accurate. Everything in my shop now reads about 130 PSI . I feel it should be at least 150-160 . WTF is the deal with this thing?:BangHead:

Hmmmmm and you know it’s not the gauge I’m assuming because you do plenty of work. What were you getting before?

90 with the adapter 130 with the Snap on hose ! I use 2 gauges and both read the same. I also get great readings with the 2 gauges on 14 mm plug size cylinders.

Only thing I can think of is the thinner hose over a distance produces a friction loss.

Hmmmm got me stumped. I could see what your saying with the longer lines. I feel like mine low blows a tad bit but like you it’ll read the same across 2 gauges

You have the same basic snap On setup and are getting the proper compression from a test I feel I am not. Scrader valve maybe at a different distance than yours? Maybe post pics of both our setups?

Both should read the same. I am convinced it is not the 2 gauges I have for sure . They work fine on the 14mm stuff.

How does that compare to length on the 10mm plug? Is the plug longer so it takes up more cylinder space?
