After getting HAMMERED with snow this week, (over a foot and a half) I got back in the saddle at the saw bench for awhile today. All of the port timing, enlarging, and finishing is done. All that's left is to chamfer the windows and put her together for some testing. I'm really hoping this thing "wows" us and I think it will. Pardon my not-so-professional looking ports, still a Dremel warrior, LOL!

Timing came in at the targeted 99/119/80 with about .023" squish. Also widened the exhaust and enlarged the outlet. With the intake I opted to just lower the floor playing a little cautious to avoid a lazy intake charge.

I see your timing numbers come by in a lot of builts.
Who can or will explain me why these numbers are often used when porting.

Well, my experience in porting is still limited compared to most of the guys here. But so far, I have made a handful of pretty darn stout saws with exhaust widened and set between 98 and 102 depending on the model, 18-20 degrees blowdown and intake set between 75 and 80 enlarging some while just dropping the floor on others. I would consider myself as still learning and the success I have had thus far has been helped along with generously shared advice for more experienced hands here.
