My wife, Rudy, and myself are soon travelling to Maryland for Native American ceremonies. Beautiful countryside there....

People who have never experienced Maryland think it's all urban.....but it absolutely is not.

My great grandpa lived and farmed in Maryland. There lots of farm ground in that state.

Maybe folks think of the BWI area of Maryland?

The Pine Barrens in New Jersey is exactly like that, everyone thinks NJ, yuck, but the PB area will blow your mind

I’ve done plenty of reading here before posting, Others should follow that rule too. Checking out for the evening, about to grill up some brisket burgers from a local farm. Blackstone is on order thanks to a thread here, I’ve wanted one for years.

My neighbor has a Blackstone too. Meat from local is always better, we grow our own.

Never traveled. Hates travel. Here's a great example of ignorance. It's an incredible learning experience to see how other people live. Don't have to go very far to see new things.
Do you realize that he is a kid, possibly not even 16 yet? I think you are being quite rough on him about something that is out of his control. I myself at 15 had never been more than maybe 2 hrs from home and that was to go pick up tractor parts. Well we did take a bus to Brookfield Zoo when I was about 9 for 4-H so maybe 3-4hrs.

I'll add the redwoods to that list. Can't even begin to grasp the size of them, and our relative insignificance both in size and lifespan, without standing under them.
I would bring an 881. Getting it past the Toilet Safety Administration would be difficult though.

I have only been to Massachusetts, Richmond, DChithole, Maryland, and North Carolina.

I only really want to go to Washington to see Wayne's Chainsaw Museum and the Redwoods. I am also trying to go to get a tour of Stihl USA because they are only 3 hours away. On my 6th birthday, we were going to go to the Liebherr mining equipment factory in Newport News, but Liebherr didn't do tours at the time.

The only places I would visit outside the US would be Finland or Germany for chainsaws, nature, and WW2 history. Although it is a socialist holiday, Vappu (mayday) in Finland seems like a cool holiday celebration-wise.

Saws fly on planes every single day of the week and so do guns.

Do you really think when I send a saw to Germany, France, Sweden Australia, or Kazakhstan and it arrives in a few days it is going on a ship?

Did you go to DC as your 8th grade trip?
