Stihl 441 magnum

Ive cleaned the tank. Shot compressed air through supply and vent. 20 inch bar smokes with oiler adjusted fully clockwise.

Tang worn off of worm drive? Wrong drum that doesn't engage tang. My 441 oils a 25 just fine so it is capable if all is working.

Welcome Jason72. A little more information might be helpfull. Did it oil fine and quit? Is the saw new and never oiled correctly? Does it oil a different bar fine?

Need more info, mine will oil a 32 in dense wood not so much in the fuzzy stuff,so it's capable. Guessing it's the pickup or the worm gear wore

i had a bar like that and the tip was wore out

nose spread open sprocket was on one side chain on the other putting a bind on the saw and added friction
