Good Lawd am I surounded by old stuff .So today it was rebuilding a starter for a 1950 Ferguson TO 20 tractor using the parts from 4 other starters .I've got to move some stuff at my shop and this machine has a hydraulic loader .Real handy when it works . BTW these starters are not expensive after market but I need it quicker than they can ship it so I make do with what I have on hand .

So what happened is evidently somebody whined about a couple of untagged automobiles next to my shop .Only one I own which is a 1984 Lincoln MK 7 ,yuppie mobile I have plans of restoring . I'll get it inside my shop which is over flowing then find out who lodged a complaint .Athough I'm a buckeye I believe in Kentucky justice and they cast the first stone .

Because it’s a county code requirement for new construction. The outside of the house is sealed off so well nothing would get in regardless but they want the interior sealed as well.
And then you have to run a fresh air duct from outside back into the home so it can breathe.

It’s a fugging agenda. Without changing codes there would be no need for their existence.

Yep every new house built up here ends up with an air exchanger in the areas with a building code like the small cities up here

That pipe is from the stove in the house. It probably should be one joint taller, but it's been like that for years.
Very nice! How much of the lumber did you mill?
Everything except the 6x6 posts below the deck, and the 2x8 joists. That stuff is all pressure treated.

A storm blew the top out of this pin oak a few years ago, they decided it was time for the rest of it to come down.

I put my "junkyard dog" SP125 to work today...but first we had to replace the impulse line as the one on it was split.

While I was down here cutting the oak, someone stopped by my shop and made a deposit.

The rounds were pretty large (42"+) so I used my 7-10 to noodle them down to more manageable pieces.

Cut up some dead oak out of the pasture. Then brought the girl in for water pump replacement, some wiring, and split to replace transmission seal.
