Get RSK if you can. Flat rate box is the beat way. 10-12 chains fit in a medium box unless they're real long chains. The new regional boxes are cheaper than medium flat rate as well.

For multiple chains, that would be the best way. For one or two, maybe a pouch would be cheaper.
