I'd call the local authorities and/or an attorney if you want to do things by the book. Get a local answer on what can be done legally. We've all voiced our opinions and it's up to Will on how he proceeds.

My SIL’s sorry assed boyfriend was tearing stuff off the walls and smashing stuff all over and grabbed her by the throat and threatened to kill her. She called the cops and he went to jail (she wouldn’t press charges). She was talking to another cop that was still there and he said there was nothing they could do as far as her kicking him out. She had to go to the court and get an eviction notice signed by the judge and he had 90 days from the date on the notice. She owns the house and he is just a drunken freeloader and still gets 90 days. This was 4 years ago and he’s still there and the same *s-wordt is still happening. I told her not the call me to come over anymore when he starts his *s-wordt after the 3rd time it happened and she took his ass back.

Yep. Same here. Buddy of mine had a deadbeat girlfriend and thats what happened. Had to live with that Dallh in his house for 3 months while she didnt work, stole money from her own child and snorted pills. Very shortly after he finally got her out she burned down her moms house where she was staying, passed out all f-ed up with a lit cigarette. House trailers dont take much encouragement to burn.

Yessir. Slowly but surely getting her out. She's now in the system at the local Reliance House and there are apartments opening up nearby soon. Had a meeting with her and my parents a couple weeks ago and she also said she has no malicious feelings towards me or my family. I'm happier than I've been in a long time! I've also been talking to someone for a couple weeks and she's 1000 times better than my ex.
