Forget to say. I bring the cutter to the wheel. the head stops down with a bungee cord until time to lift up to go to the next cutter

Why not just swing into the cutter like normal?

I tried this many years ago with my usg. Hand shaped wheel with stone. Cut like crap compared to even my crap hand filed square. JMO

Yep no problem with that on both sides. The way it cut suked though compared to what I was used to.
Wasnt worth the my effort and stone IMO.
