I have been playing with my UGS and a old wheel. Came up with this very close to Square as I can get. only difference is the line to the point. How did I go?

So do you have the square attachment or are you just shaping the wheel differently...

I saved your one pic and rotated so we could see strait view of the inside angles. If you do not mind, could you do a pic with the chain in the machine with the stone down in the grind please. Curious to hear how it cuts.

What angles are you setting the usg too? You can still get the square ground wheels. I have one or two. I always figured I'd try and mess with our spare usg one day. Still ain't.

And how are you dressing the wheel? By hand?

Forget to say. I bring the cutter to the wheel. the head stops down with a bungee cord until time to lift up to go to the next cutter

Just a dressing block, its just a cheap wheel of a 511. at $70 for a Stihl wheel not yet.

Jesus Christ are you serious? Dealer cost here is like 8-10 bucks for a stihl wheel.

Interesting. I wouldn't mind seein a vid of your setup.
