Stock is a bottom fed quad port.

But 7mm larger than stock bore size now. Next will be 9mm...

Maybe I jb weld the transfer cutouts and tighten the case even More?

One cylinder will be converted to bottom fed... Maybe quad port too...
52mm bottom fed quad port should be pretty smooth imo and long bar capable.

How to you get and keep the corners so tight on the uppers?

I use a 3/32" cylinder shaped "diamond" grit abrasive. To shape that corner, some pecking, and scratching and it has a corner.

Tricky, but a diamond wheel on a straight hand piece is a trick many use for that.

Joe’s porting is beautiful. And that’s “roughed in”

Thank you.

Not anywhere close to as nice as many porters here.

I would drive my self to the loony bin if I spend too much time on a cylinder..

I would say Joe has a lot of talent .

Thank you.

Your saw looks to have turned out very nice as well.

These had some tiny ports..

I sure am impressed with the plating quality, seems to be holding well and no flaking. Even when using the aluminum hog burr..
