Well it's been all of a year since I've built a saw.

Over a year into the new house, decided to finally move my porting tools etc over.

With some luck this conversion will go easier than my last.

Acquired a few more tools to make the job easier this time around.

52mm bore 37.6 stroke. 79.x cc

Building as I go, so be prepared to wait for the mailman.

A year's about average for a ported saw.
Sure hope not... To be without your saw that long anyway.

Will the 460 be a simpler fit than other's
You've tried?

Still a bit early to tell. But so far it is looking pretty good.

Learned a few things. Know where I need to go with my measurements. Kind of getting used to this tig stuff.

20 gauge dosent need the bend relief cuts.

Pretty surprised how close it was for construction paper templates.

Make some adjustments and try again.
