My half inch bit was dulled, so out of desperation, I ripped the baffle out.

But it's held on with two Husqvarna screws! Mostly keeps clearance underneath for the hoses so they don't get pinched.

Retouched and put a polish on the exhaust port last night. Was late and I didn't have a chance to get a pic. Was basically called out by my mentor of sorts. That it needed to be smoother by the cylinder wall. Which after reexamining myself I had to agree. If I have a defense it's that I don't think I was really done with it either. Matters little, needed doing so I did it. Will see if it passes the next inspection...
Widened, raised, angled downwards and polished.

Drill press arrived today, it's a POS made a hole though. Was able to get it chucked up thanks @twinstaged
