There's nothing around here that a smart 50cc saw can't handle if the operator has good technique. My Dolmar 5105 and Echo CS-500P just rock, especially on that fibrous locust that is all over the place. For most of what I cut, 40cc is ideal. My Echo CS-400 and Husky 440 are solid performers and more capable than people realize when you put a decent bar and chain on them. Would love to have a Redmax GZ4350 someday too.

Just got my 2152 with a 346 ne power plant back from AWol. Me like it

Did it get the 357 carb treatment as well? I just love mine they are pretty incredible for 50cc

More 50cc action. Awesome saws for cutting limb wood. The 2152 did this load. 5105 was along because I never go out with only one saw. Oak and Elm.

If viewer tilts head to left all is good . I'm no help for you, I get most posts turning out with unplanned stuff too. I guess you have to think like a computer...?

I've got an old white top Husky 50 that I use a bunch. It's a great old saw. Sort of would like a light 50cc saw that was ported. Would make a sweet light bucking saw.

They're worth it. I loved my old stock 346xp. My ported one is even better. I've never run a completely stock saw for very long, but my modified to well ported saws are a joy to run when cutting firewood. Now, I'm not going logging with a 550xp, but in 18" or less hardwood, they're particularly effective and easy on the operator.

Since figuring out how to get her tuned up with some help from you all here on the forum my go to firewood saw is a Dolmar 510

Needed a bigger saw for this dead White Oak. Husqvarna 555 and it took all of the 20 inch bar at times. This load is headed to my grandparents boiler.
