Good to know that some of that aftermarket stuff holds up to hard use. I used their cylinder kit & seals to convert an 029 to a 390. The guy that has it likes it, says it is much faster than his 041, but he just cuts his own fire wood, so it is not real HD use.

Here they are. No bearing problems in over a year of steady use, Meteor piston and Farmertech bearing. That is in a 660 I did for a crew here local.

Yessir, it does seam to be the exception, not the rule; what I was trying to say is that every part failure should not automatically be blamed on the part that is used.
