year 1995 week 5.
Thought they used SE/SG in the tag the first years + I doubt they had started to make 254 back in 85.
If your 254 has air injection system there isnt any doubt.

All right 1995 it is.

another way to figure out about when they was produced is to check the markings on the crank, Husky marked them all from some 80's.
Your crank is probleby around 94-50 to 95-03,04.

254 got updated in middle 93 with a bigger conrod bearing, same happened with 262.
Later, in 94 they did the same with the 242 class.

when you get the time Wayne, just to see how close the crank numbers are vs your s/n, post up them crank numbers, you can see them numbers if you pull the jug, they are on the flywheel side.

Well maybe @Stump Shot Can do us the Honor cause it's heading his way now.

Real owner of the 3120.

The other guy runs the skidder and only owns a 372 that I know of.

I have a question about 359 porting, why is there such a ridge at the beginning of the port at the case half? I started grinding it back and smoothing it when I thought about case volume and a hundred other fears, what say you how have ported them.
