Probably a little less torque, but compared the 462 feels more "agressive", better throttle response. I wasn't able to use it with a longer bar, it's well balanced with a "20, I don't know how she'll be with a "25/"28 bar. This saw fit perfectly to the european market, most of the guys around here are using 70cc class saws all the time with short bars (believe it, most of my coworkers were using 441/372 with "16 or "18 bars until now). Now they have a lighter saw for the same purpose.
The 572 seems to be built to use longer bars in more extreme conditions, the loggers from the US west coast will love it I think. If she's reliable (and I think she is), with this great filter setup and this torque she should be awesome to cut these big cedars.
